FAQ/Troubleshooting
1) I signed up to do the three-day test drive. Unfortunately I cannot figure out what to do. When I log in, the items I select report that I’ve tried to access something I have no access to.
-Did you sign in with your free trial username and password? http://redesigningdestiny.com/login
-Keep in mind that with the free trial you have slightly limited access…for example, you will not have access to the tools section or the creation directory.
2)I upgraded from the FREE TRIAL to a paying membership but still only have access to the free trial level. What do I do?
When you make your purchase to a paying level membership, paypal will redirect you to a confirmation page that looks like this:

Once there, you need to click the link that says “TO COMPLETE YOUR MEMBERSHIP, PLEASE CLICK HERE”…that will take you to the registration page.
Once on the registration page you will see a yellow box that says:
To complete your registration, please select one of the two options:
1) Existing Members, please click here
2) New members…etc.
Simply click the “existing members” link and you will be instructed to enter your existing (free trial) login information.
From there, you should have full access to the membership level you purchased. If not, email tech@redesigningdestiny.com
3)What happens if we pick one level of membership and decide we want to upgrade? Can we change on the fly or at the end of the month?
Yes, you can upgrade at any time, you are not locked into a level for any period of time. To upgrade would simply require that you cancel your existing paypal subscription and purchase the higher level membership and follow the upgrade instructions in question 2.
4) Is the membership for a certain length of time? Do we go through the “purchase” once? Or is it a recurring (i.e. automatic) payment?
Membership is set up as a recurring subscription…meaning monthly fees…through paypal. You set up the subscription form once (thru paypal) and for each consecutive month, your card/checking account will automatically be billed.
As for the length of the membership, this remains to be seen. Because the site is so new I will be importing information until I run out of information to import! At that point I will consider switching the membership to a fixed amount of time…(like maybe a 12 month subscription for example). Keep in mind that you can cancel at any time.
5) I see the personal “Q&A” coaching platform, but am not clear: is that the only place where you answer questions?
The Q & A platform (Ask the Destiny Doula) is a Premier level coaching tool that is more of a one-on-one experience and allows members to ask questions and receive answers from Lauren only. For Plus & Premier level membership, there is also access to the community forum by which questions will be answered, however in an open discussion format including input from participating members.
6) There is something wrong with this message box. You can’t go back to the middle of the message and edit anything: your only choices are the first character or the last character of the message.
The membership software for this site is copyright protected which means that the text boxes can be a little janky. To override this issue, you must move your cursor with the arrow key on your keyboard from the beginning of the text or you can select all text and delete using your keyboard shortcuts (for mac this is command + A, for windows Control + A) to start over. Keep in mind that when you “Select All” it will not highlight the text, but it does delete.
